Pressurized Cleaning and Filtration Systems

a. Pressurized Cleaning and Filtration System – Small and Medium components
(All small and medium engine components like Fuel injectors, nozzles, springs, tappets, valves, piston rings, pistons, turbocharger wheels, connecting rods, small powertrain components, fasteners etc)

Specially designed and customized cabinets for pressurized cleaning of critical, intricate, small to medium components.

Addition to cleaning of the components, these systems have in-built filtration facility. One can directly collect the filter paper with contamination from these systems for further weight and particle analysis.

System has multiple options for various operating parameters such as Tank capacities, solvent pressure, gun orifice diameter, solvent LPM, recirculation filter pore size, cleaning chamber size etc.

Various size nozzles and plugs can be incorporated for desired LPM, pressure and effective cleaning.

Different size baskets can be provided for small component cleaning, and sample batch cleaning.

Following is one of the typcial model having cleaning chamber size 500 X 400 X 300 mm (WXDXH). Tank sizes are 15 litres each.

b. Pressurized Cleaning and Filtration System – Medium and Large Components
(All medium and large Cylinder heads, Cylinder Blocks, Crankcase, Crankshafts, Intake and exhuast manifolds, tubocharger housings, Flywheels, Large powertrain components etc)

Specially designed and customized cabinets for pressurized cleaning of engine and transmission medium to large components

System has extra large cleaning chamber to accommodate large components.

Components can be loaded from front or top with / without help of mechanized compoent handling system.

Components are placed on well placed round bars.

Addition to cleaning of the components, these systems have in-built filtration facility. One can directly collect the filter paper with contamination from these systems for further weight and particle analysis.

These systems even can be incorporated with special plugs for water body (hole) and oil body (hole) to wash them independently.

c. Table top Kit Cleaning and Filtration System

This table top kit from Merck Millipore consist of complete extraction as well as filtration assemblies

i) Model: FiltPrep I

For smaller components which can be washed in separate SS tray with pressurized filterjet gun and solvent can be further filtered through filtration assembly assissted with vacuum system.

is with vacuum pump but without pressure facility, without Dispensing pressure vessel and Filterjet solvent Dispenser (Gun)

For typical small components which can be washed in tray by simple rinsing operation and further solvent can be filtered through filtration assembly assissted with vacuum system.

Ultrasonic Cleaning and Filtration Systems

a. Integrated ultrasonic cleaning and filtration system

In case the of components are larger and greater flexibility is required, customized systems are developed. These systems, in addition to cleaning facility, can also have filtration and solvent recirculation options.

These systems can be designed with consideration of component’s size, frequency and power level requirements, timer, in-line filtration option etc. Different size baskets and containers are provided for different size components.

b. Table top ultrasonic cleaning and filtration system

Table top systems includes ultrasonic tanks of desired capacity and independent filtration system (from Merck Millipore)

Ultrasonic cleaners of different sizes and capacities depending upon component’s size and shape. Component is placed in suitable ultrasonic tank containing specific liquid and cleaned for predetermined time, liquid is then collected in suitable container and later filtered through separate filtration flask having vacuum attachement.
