Automatic Particle Analyzer with Nikon Make Microscope Consists of
  1. Nikon make vertical microscope having specially designed Motorized programmable XY stage, motorized Z and additional manual fine focusing arrangement. Microscope has high end ‘CFI TU Plan FLUOR Epi’ Optics having magnification range 50X-500X and LED illumination Automatically scans the filter paper and automatically capture all the images
  2. High resolution camera and
  3. DeXel-Filtrate Imaging software Specially designed Image analyzer to stitch all captured images to generate a single image of entire filter paper; and to automatically analyze this single image for determination of particulate contamination as per various international standards like ISO 4407, IS 16232 ASTM F 312 etc and other OE standards Separation of particles as Metallic, Non-metallic, fiber and Distribution of them as per their sizes

DeXel - Filtrate I

Semi - Automatic Particle Analyzer with Nikon/Conation Stereo Microscope
  • Semi automatic system for representative particle analysis
  • A manual XY stage will enable scanning of filter paper at desired locations and capturing of the frames.
  • Software shall offer the analysis of all the particles in the selected frames.
Consists of
  1. Stereozoom microscope with mechanical (Manual) X-Y stage to manually scan the filter paper
  2. High resolution camera and
  3. DeXel – Filtrate Imaging software to simultaneously analyze captured fields with ‘batch run’ to find the Largest Sizes of Metallic / Non-metallic Particles and Fibres and distribution of all the particles in these representative fields.
Report includes

Details (numbers, dimensions, distribution into metallic/non-metallic/fibres) for all particles in selected / captured frames

DeXel - Filtrate Analytics

Specially designed Database and Reporting software to integrate with any of the Cleanliness Particle Analysis system
  1. Integrates the customer database (customer name, ID, address etc), part database (part no., part name, part area/wetted surface area etc) to reporting tool of Particle Analysis system
  2. User can generate the reports as per selected customer and as per selected part no.; as per provided report template. The report shall include patch photograph, derived CLEANLINESS CLASS as per specified standard / customer etc.
  3. Special login to authorized users only. Report will have Name and ID of user who has generated it.
  4. Monthly / Yearly analysis of cleanliness reports as per part no. / Customer
  5. Admin can fetch specific data using different search parameters. Search parameters can be user, part No., customer ID, or combination of any of these 3 parameters.
  6. Fetched data can be exported to excel for further analytics.
